Cooking! M&M Chocolate Cookies!!!

Hello dear readers,

I’ve been away from the blog for a while now as I’m preparing to submit my second thesis draft. It is taking most of my time and honestly I haven’t had the time to think or do anything else. It was my birthday last week and I didn’t even make a post about it 😦 shame!!! SO I’m 30 now and I should be wiser!!! not lol
Anyway here is a lovely wonderful cookies recipe I did to take to my cousins house, the kids loved them!

Chocolate Cookie

* 115 gr butter
* 75 g brown sugar
* 65 g white sugar
* 1 egg
* 5 ml vanilla extract
* 140 g flour
* 2 g yeast
* 3 g salt
* 100 g of culinary chocolate

PREPARATION

. Pre-heat the oven at 200C. Grease the baking tray ( I used a cookies baking tray). Add the butter and the sugar in a big bowl, add the egg and vanilla until it reaches consistency. Add the flour, yeast and salt gradually into the doe. Melt the chocolate and mix well. Make little balls of the doe with your hand or a spoon and lay them on the baking tray. Bake them for 10/12 minutes, depending on oven capacity. Once the cookies aren’t so hot place an M&M on top of them for decoration, you can use anything you like to decorate.
