Hello dear readers,
Yesterday I finally managed to get to the beach at the end of the day. It was still very warm and nice. As I’m in a ‘beach’ mood I decided to revise on the topic of swimwear. I did a post last year on bikinis for all shapes and I’m reposting the polyvore collage in here. Also I’m adding some tips and photos for the different shapes of bodies and which bikinis suit you best! Enjoy your summer!!!!
Big Bust: If you have a big bust you need full support. Underwire bikinis and halter neck tops suit you best. Opt for monochromatic if you want to give the illusion of a small top.
Small Bust: If you have a small bust you can play with frills and bows and different textures and patterns. Its all about creating volume where there is little.
Slimming: If you want to give the illusion that you have a slender figure I would opt for a swimsuit that emphasizes the waist of give a nice colour block appearance ( for example colour on the sides).
Petite: If you are petite you should definitely use a bikini because a swimsuit will make your body look shorter. Go for deep necklace bikinis, a deep V and halter neck tops to elongate your torso. Also wear small bottoms or tie in bottoms to make your legs look longer.
Pear shaped Body: If you have a pear shaped body you need to give emphasis on your waist and make your upper part look bigger. You can wear a same colour bikini or opt for a slimming swimsuit.
Big tummy: If your trying to hide your tummy I would recommend a swimsuit, go for a nice fitted vintage one with a side partition and you’ll feel instantly glamourous. You can also use high waisted bikinis.
Athletic: If you have an athletic body you can try just about anything, opt for frilly and texture bikinis, something with a pattern would look instantly good on you.
